Setting Up Your Payment Gateway

The Payment gateway will enable NeedleNine to accept payments from users. This option will also enable users to store credit cards for manual payments, Autopay and Club dues (if applicable).

Stripe payment gateway coming soon.

NeedleNine uses Authorize.net as a gateway between NeedleNine and your merchant service provider to ensure a high level of security and PCI compliance. Credit cards are not stored in NeedleNine.

To setup Authorize.net you will need to have a merchant account. If you do not have a merchant account, please complete this step first. Then go to Authorize.net and create an account. This may take 2-3 business days but once ready you will be provided an API Login ID and Transaction Key.

To Setup Authorize.net:

  1. Sign into NeedleNine with a Staff account
  2. Click on Settings from the left nav
  3. Click on Accounting
  4. Under Authorize.net, add your API Login ID and Transaction Key.

Once the ID and Key have been entered, your users will have the option to pay using a saved credit cards, add a credit card or use a one time credit card payment at the end of the each reservation. If you choose to enable Autopay, invoices generated throughout the day will automatically be charged based on the frequency selected in the AutoPay section.
