When a reservation is being dispatched, NeedleNine will automatically verify several criteria to ensure that the dispatch is allowed. Depending on the reservation type (e.g., Training, Leisure, Proficiency, etc.) the system will evaluate the Pilot, Aircraft and the Instructor (if applicable).
