Two Weeks Prior to Live Date
- Using provided email template and customized to your operation, communicate change plan to clients including why the transition is necessary and benefits they will soon enjoy.
- Follow our Quick Start Guide to create accounting items, aircraft and import users.
- Block aircraft availability up to live date.
- Purchase / create training courses.
One Week Prior to Live Date
- Direct clients to complete NN profile including existing required documents. This may seem like duplication of work but it significantly reduces administrative time migrating records while allowing client the opportunity to gain familiarity with NN features.
- Indoctrinate all instructors for new courses and complete profiles including availability for future scheduling.
- Indoctrinate Staff on NN features and ensure all employee profiles are complete. Begin tracking client notes in NN and migrate any critical info such as client tags.
- Complete QuickBooks setup. Verify all new items properly sync with QB and assign classes / chart of accounts.
- Retain existing scheduling system until live date but have new reservations created after live date for clean cutover.
One Day Prior to Live Date
- Remind clients of system transition.
- Check reservations for next week and resolve any missing docs, incomplete profiles, etc.
Live Date
- Update aircraft records and times.
