Quick Start Guide

Welcome to NeedleNine! This checklist will help you configure the basic NeedleNine features to enable the minimum requirements for live use. Once complete, you will have full use of systems features and begin using in live environment. If you haven’t already, see our Change Management Plan to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

Click on the links for detailed instructions for each section.

  1. Configure your Tenant Settings. There are many options available in System Settings to tailor the features to your policies and procedures.
  2. Create Accounting Items. These will be used to automatically generate invoices and payments.
  3. Create Your Fleet. Add Your Aircraft details to begin scheduling and tracking maintenance.
  4. Add Courses. Unlock Courses with a one-time purchase or Create Custom Courses specific to your training program.
  5. Create User Accounts. Either Import Users in bulk from previous system or Add Users individually.
  6. Manage Instructors. Approve individual instructors for Aircraft, Courses and Billing rates to ensure proper permissions.
  7. QuickBooks Integration. (optional) Configure QuickBooks Online to unlock the full potential and automatic transaction syncing.
