Enabling the Club Feature

A club model can be enabled to provide discounts to enrolled users. Upon enrollment, the user will automatically be charged the initiation fee and a prorated amount of the monthly dues. Users may unenroll at any time, however re-enrollment will incur a new initiation fee.

1. Sign into NeedleNine as Staff or Chief Instructor.
2. From the left navigation screen, select Settings.
3. Click on the Settings tab.
4. Select Yes radio button to enable club feature.
5. Enter the value for the Initiation Fee & Monthly Dues. The fees are billed to each renter who enables the feature within their My Profile section. The option to enroll in the Club is also presented to the renter when they first sign into NeedleNine.
6. Add a Description in the text box explaining club benefits, discounts, etc.
7. Click Save button to record changes.
